LAUREN BECK

Lauren Beck, born in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and received training from her coaches at Dancetown in Miami, FL. Lauren has trained in ballet, latin ballroom, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop and more styles. During her high school career, Lauren received many performance opportunities from her studio: her freshman year she performed with a ballroom group on NBC's World of Dance season 3, and her sophomore year she performed with a large group of dancers from her studio on Americas Got Talent season 15. Due to her exposure on World of Dance, Lauren and her fellow teammates were invited to perform in Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's Super Bowl LIV halftime show in 2020. Lauren has had the opportunity of learning from Derek Hough, Neyo, Jennifer Lopez, Manny and Lory Castro, and more throughout her commercial experience. After graduating high school Lauren started college at The University of Alabama, where she will graduate with a BA in Communicative Disorders with a Minor in Advertising/Public Relations in 2026. Starting in her freshman year, Lauren received performance opportunities through the dance department in student-ran productions such as Dance Alabama!, Sick Moves, and more. Lauren is now a member of MPOWR Dance Co where she continues to work with many talented, passionate, and dedicated dancers.
